Common questions
Who owns the logo?
You do. Once the work is paid for and you approve the final design, the copyright passes to you and you get every file. You can use it anywhere, with any printer or designer.
What if none of the concepts is right?
Tell us what’s missing and we use a revision round on a fresh direction. Two rounds are included, and extra rounds are $49 each.
Do you print the business cards?
We design them and send a print-ready PDF. Printing 250 to 500 cards usually costs $50 to $160 at Officeworks, Vistaprint or a local printer, and you deal with them directly.
Can you tidy up a logo I already have?
Often, yes. Send it through the contact page with what you’d like changed, and we’ll quote a fixed price within one business day.
Are there extras?
Yes: a brand guidelines PDF ($149), a social media profile kit ($79), letterhead and email signature ($89), a flyer ($99) and extra revision rounds ($49). Ask on the contact page.
Is GST added?
No. Forge BC Pty Ltd isn’t registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you do packaging?
No. We focus on the things a service business uses every day: logo, cards, signature, social profiles and website.
