Common questions
What counts as a small edit?
Things like changing text, swapping a photo, updating opening hours or prices, or adding a team member. Bigger jobs, like new pages or a redesign, are quoted separately at a fixed price.
What’s the difference between Care and Care Plus?
Care Plan ($49 a month) covers hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and small edits. Care Plus ($99 a month) adds priority edits, a quarterly content refresh and a speed and security report.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Often, yes. Send us the address and how it was built on the contact page, and we’ll confirm within one business day.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly packages bill on the same date each month and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. One-off work is a fixed price agreed before we start.
