Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy services from SEO Surge Lab, a trading name of Forge BC Pty Ltd (ABN 11 669 059 054) ("we", "us"). By paying for a package you agree to them.
Services
- Visibility Audit: a one-off report delivered as a PDF within five business days of payment and receipt of the information we need from you.
- Content Pack: a monthly set of articles, social posts and Google Business Profile posts, delivered by the first business day of each month for the month ahead.
- Surge: the Content Pack plus an audit in the first month, monthly reporting and a quarterly strategy refresh.
Deliverable counts and inclusions are as listed on seosurgelab.com at the time of purchase.
Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars, with GST added where applicable. One-off services are paid in full before work starts. Monthly packages are billed in advance on the same calendar day each month through Stripe. If a payment fails we'll pause delivery until it clears.
Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly package at any time before your next billing date from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Content already delivered for the current month is yours to keep. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
Revisions and refunds
Every content piece includes one revision round, requested within 14 days of delivery. If a piece still doesn't meet the brief after revision, we replace it. Audits aren't refundable once delivered, because the work is complete at that point. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What we need from you
Accurate information about your business, access to any accounts you want us to post to, and a reply to approval requests within five business days. Delays on your side extend our delivery dates by the same amount.
Ownership
Once paid for, the content we deliver is yours. You give us permission to use anonymised results in our own marketing unless you tell us not to.
No guarantees of rankings
Search engines and AI assistants are controlled by third parties. We guarantee our deliverables and turnaround, not specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
